The accessibility of the service has been assessed together with a third-party specialist organisation.

The state of the accessibility of the digital service

The service fulfils the accessibility requirements in part (WCAG criteria 2.1, levels A and AA).

Non-accessible content

Users may encounter some accessibility issues on the website. Below is a list of issues we are aware of. If you notice an issue on the website we are not aware of, please notify us.

Not all aspects of the website comply with the requirements yet

  • The website has an embedded ThingLink with no alternative accessible view.
  • The website has objects (such as a wall calendar and brochures) meant to be printed that do not therefore follow the accessibility requirements. (1.1.1, 2.1.1)
  • The website has responsiveness issues. The view does not scale correctly when zooming in with various devices, such as on a Chrome website when zooming in to 175%. (WCAG 1.4.10)
  • The social media feed on the homepage is not accessible. However, the social media contents are available in social media services where they can be read. (WCAG 2.4.1, 2.4.4, 4.1.2)
  • The Turn on OpenDyslexic button changes into the letter A when zooming in to 150%. (WCAG 3.1.2)

The goal is to fix the issues during 2024.

Not in the scope of the legislation

  • The old news have embedded YouTube videos published before 23 September 2020 with no subtitles or audio description. They will not be made accessible retrospectively.
  • The old news have podcasts published before 23 September 2020 with no transcriptions.
